By accessing or using the Orchestrator platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service is provided by Orchestrator Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. USE LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- • Access and use the Service for your internal business purposes
- • Create and manage AI agents using our platform
- • Access our API programmatically via your API key
- • Use documentation and support materials we provide
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
- • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- • Share your API keys or account credentials
- • Overload or attack our servers or infrastructure
- • Use the Service to create competing products
- • Scrape, spider, or data mine the Service
4. USER ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. PAYMENT AND BILLING
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until payment is received.
6. DATA AND PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, sandboxed execution, and multi-tenant isolation.
7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
9. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
